Zele-Racing to miss 6th AutoGP round at Nürburgring
Zele Racing will sit out Nürburging events
With a heavy heart team boss Michael Zele has decided that our team will not travel to Germany and thus miss the AutoGP races at the Nürburging this weekend.
“Despite the many applications for a cockpit, we could not settle with a driver pair financially. Not to strain our budget any further, we have decided to take a break and return to the track in Donington”, Zele said.
Missing the two races in Germany is particularly unfortunate for the Austrian outfit, as they are still capable of finishing runners-up in the team championship in only their second season in the AutoGP World Series.
