At its Porsche 991 GT3 debut, Zele Racing earned two third spots in the FIA CEZ Circuit and Endurance Championship
Philipp Sager started for Zele Racing at the FIA CEZ Circuit and Endurance Championship event at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg last weekend.
The former F3 driver showed a brilliant drive pocketing two podiums.
Sager was on P2 in the opening Sprint race, when he was hit by a backmarker. But he fought back finishing on P3 in the second event.
In the Endurance race, which he had to do on his own after the second driver pulled out at the last minute, the 46-year-old recorded another podium finish, coming 3rd.
„It is of course annoying that a lapped car crashed with Philipp. But considering, we have secured two podiums at our Porsche debut, we can be really happy and proud of ourselves“, team boss Michael Zele said.
