The Austrian outfit will be equipped by Schroth Safety Products in the upcoming 2014 AutoGP season
SCHROTH will supply Austrian team Zele Racing with safety products in the upcoming AutoGP championship season. “We are happy to be teaming up with one of the most professional Austrian formula outfits”, Thomas Muehlenz of SCHROTH said.
For over 50 years SCHROTH has been manufacturing racing harnesses. The German company has introduced several innovations to motorsport including the development of the asm® safety system, the patented RFR rotary buckle, and the patented HYBRID restraint.
“We are happy to be supported technically by SCHROTH, whose safety devices are highly renowned. I am sure, we have a fruitful cooperation under the belt”, team boss Michael Zele said.
Zele Racing, founded in Austria in 2001, is well-established in motor racing and following its AutoGP maiden victory in Marrakech and several podium finishes last season, the Austrian outfit is ready for more.
The 2014 AutoGP World Series season will feature 16 races, taking off in Marrakech, Morocco, in early April and closing mid-October.
